PricingThere are no hidden charges or additional costs for customers in the UK. When you order an item, the price (inc VAT and Delivery) will be the amount that appears on your credit card or bank statement. Prices shown in the Shopping Basket include UK Delivery. If the delivery address is outside the UK then an additional charge will be made after the delivery address has been entered. DeliveryOrders received before 2pm will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm or weekends will normally be dispatched the following working day. In the unlikely event of any delay, you will be contacted and offered the choice to cancel the order. All items to UK addresses are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Post so please remember when choosing a delivery address that a signature is required. SecurityOur payments are powered by WorldPay so you can rest assured that you will be using one of the most secure and trusted systems available. Making a PurchaseWhen you have found the item you like, click the green 'Add to Basket' button which will take you to the Shopping Basket with that item included. From the Shopping Basket you can either proceed to the checkout or return to the shop. The checkout process has 3 steps:

Final acceptance of your order and the existence of a contract is indicated by our dispatch of the goods. Returning non-Faulty goodsWe want you to enjoy shopping with us. If you receive any of our goods and are not happy then notify us in writing (including email) within seven working days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods to us, within 21 days of receipt, at your own cost. Sealed packs must be unopened and we must receive both the goods and all packaging in an excellent, unused condition. Returning faulty goodsGoods acknowledged by us to be faulty or supplied in error must be returned within 14 days of the invoice date. Returning goods in generalWhen returning goods via post you must get a proof of posting certificate from the post office, or, better still send the item by recorded post For returned goods lost by the post office you will have to claim from the post office yourself so receipts and proof of posting are essential.
