Orders received before 12 midday on a working day will normally be dispatched the same day, otherwise they will be sent the following working day. We are VAT registered and a VAT receipt will be provided. We can send the receipt to an alternative address if required (e.g. for accounting purposes or if its a birthday present for someone etc ) - just ask us in the 'Special Instructions' section at the checkout. Packages can be left with a neighbour or left somewhere safe at the delivery address, just leave the instructions during checkout. UK DeliveryItems are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail. Delivery charges are shown in the shopping cart.Other EC CountriesItems are sent by Airmail. Delivery to other EU countries carries a small additional charge above the UK delivery. This charge can be quite small, for example:Power Consumption Meter: £19.99 + £0.66 = £20.56
This additional charge will be added in the Shopping Cart once the delivery address is known. The Rest of the WorldSame as the UK Delivery charge. We can do this as we do not charge VAT here and use the VAT duty included in the price to cover the additional delivery charge. Items are sent by Airmail. |
